Tier Circle Terms of Service

Welcome to Tier Circle. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tier Circle, a private professional community operated by Partner Haven Consulting Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By applying, joining, or participating in Tier Circle, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership Eligibility

Tier Circle is a curated, invite-only membership network. By joining, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You are an active individual contributor (IC) in a GTM role (e.g., Sales, Partnerships, CS, Marketing, RevOps).

  • Your application has been reviewed and accepted by our team.

We reserve the right to decline or revoke access at any time if a member does not align with the values or standards of the community.

2. Member Conduct

To maintain a high-caliber, trusted environment, all members agree to:

  • Engage respectfully and professionally with other members.

  • Not share confidential discussions or materials from within the community outside of Tier Circle.

  • Not spam, solicit, or promote irrelevant services or products.

  • Follow all Slack community guidelines and platform terms of use.

Violations of the above may result in immediate removal from the community, without refund.

3. Payments and Refunds

Tier Circle operates as a paid membership. By submitting payment, you agree to the posted pricing and billing terms.

All payments are non-refundable, including if you cancel or are removed due to misconduct.

**Founding Member Guarantee:**

If you are a Founding Member and are not satisfied with your Tier Circle experience after 12 months, you may request a full refund — provided that you have met the minimum participation criteria:

- Joined at least three (3) live sessions or member events

- Posted or replied in the Slack community a minimum of five (5) times

- Completed your onboarding form upon joining

All refund requests will be manually reviewed. Tier Circle reserves the right to determine eligibility based on member activity and engagement records. This policy is designed to ensure fairness and protect the integrity of the community while standing behind the value we promise.

If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact us at support@tiercircle.com within 7 days of the charge.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content shared by Tier Circle, including branding, guides, curated resources, and workflows, is owned by Partner Haven Consulting Inc.
Members may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any proprietary content without express written permission.

Members retain ownership of anything they personally post but grant us a license to display and archive content shared within the community for continuity and value.

5. Privacy & Data

We do not sell your personal data. By joining Tier Circle, you agree to:

  • Receive communications related to your membership.

  • Allow us to store necessary personal info for billing, support, and platform access.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we’ll notify you via email or Slack. Continued use after changes means you agree to the updated Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Tier Circle is provided “as-is.” While we strive to maintain a high-quality experience, we do not guarantee outcomes from participating in the network.

Partner Haven Consulting Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in Tier Circle.
